Terms of Purchase
Buying from us is simple, just browse our tshirts and click on the "Add to Cart" button below the album of your choice. You will be taken through a secure system of ordering where you will be asked to confirm your order and continue shopping or simply check out with your chosen product at that point.
We accept most credit/debit cards including Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. If you are ordering from outside the UK, simply place your order in the normal way and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your local currency. PAYPAL is also available as a payment option.
Orders may also be paid for in the UK by cheque or postal order. Please DO NOT send cash.
Shipping & Handling
We plan to ship your order within 24-48 hours of the receipt of your order if paying with credit card but please allow five days for clearance if paying by cheque. Orders are usually despatched by first class post within the UK. Overseas orders are sent airmail and international delivery times may vary between 7-14 days.
Guarantee
All Flawless Designs products are guaranteed perfect when it leaves us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you are aware of a manufacturing fault please advise us immediately.
All returns MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We do understand that sizes of clothing can vary. We will gladly exchange any product for another size provided it is returned within 7 days of purchase and has not been worn, marked or damaged, and retains it original labels. Shipping cost is non refundable.
